This download will automatically start once you click the button or it will ask you if you want to download it.  This export downloads as a CSV file and can be opened with Microsoft Excel. The download includes the listings MLS#, Property Address, its Activation Status, and the Agent assigned to the listing.

Updating Your Listings

If you do not see a property that is listed to your agent, you can update their listings by going to Manage Agents at the top of the page. From there you can find the agent, and under the “Update” Column, click “MLS Update”. This will update their listings and pull from our internal servers.  If their listings still do not appear, you can click the “Force Update” text underneath the “MLS Update” text and this will pull from both internal and external servers. Once the update is finished, a box will appear with the listings MLS numbers.

Adding A New Listings Manually

If for some reason, the property still does appear after updating it, you can manually add the listing by going to the agent that the listings should be linked with, and click on the Green Pencil Icon next to the blue “View Agent” button. This will open a new tab in your browser showing the agent profile editor. Click on the Listings tab at the top of the page and then click the Blue “+” Button next to the blue “MLS Update” Button.
